AES Weekly Newsletter April 9, 2026

Dear Aviano Elementary Families,

As we return from Spring Break, we are excited to begin Quarter 4, our final quarter of the school year. This is an important time as students continue to build on their learning, show growth, and finish the year strong!

Spring Registration for School Year 2026–2027

Aviano Elementary School has opened spring registration for UPK, Kindergarten, and 1st Grade students for the 2026–2027 school year. Families with children who will be 4 years old (UPK) or 5 years old (Kindergarten) by September 1, 2026 are encouraged to begin the registration process through the DSIS Family Portal.

Families should log in, initiate a new registration, and upload all required documents while reviewing and updating emergency contact information.

If assistance is needed, please contact our school registrar, Martina Cristante, at Martina.Cristante@dodea.edu or 0444-106-0172.

DoDEA Attendance Policy Reminder

Regular school attendance is essential for student learning and success. In accordance with DoDEA Regulation 2095.01, attendance is mandatory, and absences are monitored to support continuity of instruction and academic progress.

Parents should notify the school within 30 minutes of the start of the school day if their child will be absent.

Absences may be reported by email at avianoes.attendance@dodea.edu or by phone at +39-0444-106-0172.

Thank you for helping us keep attendance a priority—every school day truly counts.
