The DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) Family Portal will be unavailable from Wednesday, June 25 at 2:00 pm ET until Thursday, July 10 at 2:00 pm ET. Parents and students will not be able to access the system or register students during this time. Registration will resume when the system is reopened on July 10.

Hello, Aviano Elementary Eagles Families,

As we close out the 2024–2025 school year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared. This year has been filled with growth, resilience, creativity, and connection. From exciting learning experiences and school-wide events to daily moments of kindness and curiosity, our students have made us proud every step of the way.

We are so grateful for the continued partnership of our families, the dedication of our staff, and the spirit of our students. Thank you for being part of our vibrant school community.

📌 In this final newsletter of the year, you’ll find helpful updates to wrap up the year, as well as a head start on next school year—including the 2025–2026 school calendar and school supply list.

  • Wednesday, June 10: Last Day of School – Early Release at 10:55 AM
    Please make necessary transportation and pick-up arrangements.

 

🎒 Lost and Found
Our lost and found is overflowing! Please stop by the school to claim your child’s belongings before summer break.

 

🖥️ DSIS Parent Portal Maintenance
The DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) will be unavailable for Year-End Rollover starting Wednesday, June 25 at 2:00 PM ET / 08:00 CET and is expected to be back online no later than Thursday, July 10 at 2:00 PM ET / 08:00 CET.
Access will be temporarily disabled for staff, students, and parents during this time.

Children should not be brought to school before 7:45 a.m. as there is no adult supervision before that time. 

All children who ride the bus will be put on their bus to go home unless a signed note is received, or a parent meets the child at the school. 

It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to notify the school every time a student is absent.
