Hello, Aviano Elementary Families!
We hope you’re enjoying the start of fall and all the exciting activities that come with it! As we head into another great week, we have some important updates and opportunities for you to get involved in our school community. Read on for all the details, and thank you for being such an amazing part of our Aviano family! 🍁

Weekly Update

Early Release Monday:
Just a reminder, we have an early release this Monday at 10:55 AM. Please plan accordingly!

PTA Book Fair:
The PTA Book Fair is right around the corner! It kicks off on September 23 for UPK and runs from September 24-27 for K-5th grade. Be sure to stop by and support our amazing PTA!

Picture Day Next Week:
Mark your calendars! Picture Day will be the week of September 30 - October 4. The final schedule will be shared soon.

📣 Volunteers Needed for Monday! 📣
Our PTA is looking for helping hands to set up and break down tables and chairs for an event this Monday.
Set Up: 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
Break Down: 3:05 PM

Grade Regular Hours Early Release
PK - 5

8:05 a.m. - 2:35 p.m.
(M, T, TH & F)

8:05 a.m. - 1:35 p.m. 
(Wednesday)

8:05 a.m. - 10:55 a.m.

Main Office

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

 

Children should not be brought to school before 7:45 a.m. as there is no adult supervision before that time. 

All children who ride the bus will be put on their bus to go home unless a signed note is received, or a parent meets the child at the school. 

It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to notify the school every time a student is absent.
