April 15th-19th: Spirit Week (Get ready to show off your school spirit!)
April 18th: Purple Up Picnic for MOMC (Let's celebrate our military-connected families!)
April 22nd: No school (CCRS/Teacher workday, yay for a day off!)
April 29th-May 6th: 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade Summative Testing (You've got this, kiddos!)
May 13th: Literacy Night (Time to get lost in a good book!)
May 14th: Half day, release at 11:15 (Teachers need a little extra training time!)
May 16th: Spring Fling (Get ready to dance and have a blast!)
May 27th: Memorial Day (No School, enjoy the day!)
June 5th: Last day of school (School Year 23-24, let's finish strong!)

If your kiddo will be absent, shoot us an email at AvianoES.Attendance@dodea.edu. Just include their first and last name, along with the reason for the absence.

Grade Regular Hours Early Release
PK - 5

8:05 a.m. - 2:35 p.m.
(M, T, TH & F)

8:05 a.m. - 1:35 p.m. 
(Wednesday)

8:05 a.m. - 10:55 a.m.

Main Office

7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

 

Children should not be brought to school before 7:45 a.m. as there is no adult supervision before that time. 

All children who ride the bus will be put on their bus to go home unless a signed note is received, or a parent meets the child at the school. 

It is the responsibility of the parents or guardians to notify the school every time a student is absent.
